Day 245: Make a natural foot deodorizer

May 6, 2011 § Leave a comment

Today I made some homemade foot deodorizer with baking soda, cornstarch and lemon juice.

I found the recipe on ehow. The actual recipe called for lemon scented essential oil, but I didn’t have any of that on hand, so I figured lemon juice would have to do.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get an outside opinion on its effectiveness. Stephanie refused to participate in a sniff test, holding her breath whenever I shoved my foot in her face.

They didn’t smell much different to me. I guess my manly musk is just too overpowering.

The stench emanating from the laundry basket agrees with me.
