Day 23: Interview a stranger

September 25, 2010 § Leave a comment

Today I learned that people who sit by themselves in the local mall food court are not very kind to people who approach them. Neither are guys who roll their own cigarettes on park benches, or mothers who mumble into their laps while their children play in the sand box. It also seems that people are incredibly paranoid about being recorded. After all, you never know when remarks made about about your pleasure with the local school system may come back to haunt you. Better luck tomorrow doing audience research of people 25 to 40 years old in the lovely suburb of Niles, IL.
